Machine Advantages
1. The mechanical top driving force head is used to realize the functional integration of mud drilling and pneumatic down-the-hole hammer drilling. It can provide high speed of 901rpm and high torque (maximum torque of 9000N.m). When drilling into the soil layer, the drill can use coreless composite pieces or cone drill bits to drill with mud. It can perform high-speed rotary drilling in the rock layer and can also work with air. A compressor and a pneumatic down-the-hole hammer are used for percussion drilling. In unstable strata such as gravel, pipe-following drilling tools can be used to drill holes with casing.
2. The cobalt machine adopts a long-stroke double-speed mechanism and a mechanical power head with a stroke of 3500mm.
