Machine Introduction
RCF800C deep water well drilling rig is our independent research and development products. These new generation DTH are coupled to higher air power, and thus play a significant role in leading to faster drilling rates.
The hydraulic system consists of hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic oil pumps (triple pumps), hydraulic motors, hydraulic valves, high-pressure oil pipes, oil filters, pressure gauges and other hydraulic components. This system has simple structure, reliable function and easy use. The hydraulic oil is compressed by the oil pump, the system pressure is adjusted with the relief valve, and the reversal controls the running direction of the oil cylinder or the steering of the hydraulic motor to complete various actions required by the drilling rig. The fast forward and fast retreat of the drilling tool are completed through the confluence of the two pumps. ,turn around. Adjust the speed regulating valve to determine the rotation speed to ensure the drilling tool rotation speed during drilling; adjust the pressure reducing valve to determine the propulsion pressure to ensure that the axial pressure on the impactor is the optimal value during drilling, and the safety valve set pressure is higher than System pressure value.
