The host machine has a unique design, integrating bicycle frame, power, mud pump and winch into one, realizing the dual functions of line drill core and top drive. The RCDX - 8 hydraulic core drilling rig is known for its powerful power unit, with a maximum power of 276 kilowatts ( 370 horsepower ) and a rotation speed of 2100 rpm. It has excellent drilling capabilities, with NQ specifications up to 3,000 meters, HQ specifications up to 2,400 meters, and PQ specifications up to 1,700 meters. The spindle speed can be continuously variable in three gears, with a maximum speed of 1250 rpm, and the maximum spindle torque is 7300N·m. The maximum feeding force of the feeding system is 152 kN, the lifting force of the main winch ( single strand ) is 120 kN, and the lifting force of the line winch ( single strand ) is 15 kN. The effective lifting height of the derrick is 9.6 meters, and the angle adjustment range is 0 ° to 90 °. The clamping range of the foot clamp is 55.5-117.5 mm. The mud pump is a reciprocating three - cylinder plunger pump, model BW320, with different output volumes and discharge pressures.
